Carlos De La Cruz has 16 years of tattooing experience and is the founder of Maker Tattoos LLC. He has also been a professional piercer since 2018. He started his tattooing career here in Scottsbluff, and has been a part of the community since then. Besides tattooing, Carlos also enjoys doing mural paintings and commissioned artwork on canvas. He does all tattoo styles, and no idea is too complicated that he can’t tackle. At the moment Carlos is only taking tattoo appointments from May to July.
